How to use

HOW TO USE: Use 1 filter bag per cup (200 ml), add boiling water (about 100 °C) without pouring it directly on the filter and let it infuse for 5-7 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile aromatic compounds. Sweeten to taste, preferably with honey. Also try it cold: immerse the filter bag in half the dose of hot water and after 7 minutes add the other half of cold water. Only in this way will you be able to enjoy a cold herbal tea ready immediately, managing to extract all the properties of the herbs.
